HIIT Training {No Excuses Workout}

While surfing Pinterest this afternoon I came across this awesome, not to mention intense, HIIT workout.

For those of you who may not know what HIIT stands for, it's "High Intensity Interval Training", which is very popular in gyms and with fitness professionals across the world today.

I can personally say that although reading this workout may seem like there's nothing to it and it will be a breeze to go through, I can assure you it's tougher than it looks. 

This workout takes such little time out of your day and will give you results if you do this 3-5 days a week.

  

Give it a try and see what you think. It only takes 4 minutes: on average that's the time we take to brush our teeth in the day (2 mins in the morning and 2 mins at night).  What's your excuse?
