You may have heard this before, but I'm repeating this because it's true: abs are not made in the gym, they're made in the kitchen.
This may seem back wards but I can assure you that no matter how long you spend working out at the gym (or at home), you will not get a six pack or tight and toned abs if you do not change the way you are eating; that is if you continue to eat unhealthy foods.
