For all of my fitness junkies out there, and those of you who are still working away on those New Years resolutions to get fit and more healthy, here's a great ab workout that will leave you with a stronger and more toned mid section.
This workout is simple but effective. Just go through each exercise with little to no rest in between, and that's it! This is an awesome workout to add into your routine, or to end each cardio session with.
