Running Back to The Basics

I've decided it's time for me to start running again, but I know that my cardio is no where near where it used to be when I could run for 45 minutes no problem.

With that being said, I thought that I'd make today's post about a beginners' training guide to running that I found on the amazing fitness blog Back on Pointe.



Follow the week-by-week guide; starting from running short intervals and gradually working up to a full 20 minute continuous run.  I hope you find this as helpful as I do if you're looking to start running.
