Upper Body Blast

When I work out and am focusing on my upper body (arms, shoulders & back), it feels natural, and is a habit of mine to also work my core on the same day.

Here's a great workout that's quick, effective, and works all of the muscle groups from the waist up!


I will be doing this later today, and I encourage you to give it a try too!
