Hold each of these stretches for a minimum of 20 seconds (I like to hold my stretches for 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on how tight my muscles are). And always remember you do not want to stretch to the point of pain; just go as far as you can comfortably and work your way deeper into the stretches over time.
If you perform these stretches once a day you will start to feel the tension leaving your muscles.
