A few months ago I stumbled upon this arm routine while searching through Pinterest, and logged it away with my abundance of routines that I have been gradually working through. Only recently did I get to try this routine, and now it's one of my favourite workouts, and has now found its way into my fitness regiment for the month of May.
Do this routine, and repeat 2-3 times for an awesome workout. By the end of it your arms will feel exhausted! My triceps were sore for a few days. Give it a try.
