Let It Burn {Pilates Inspired Leg Workout}

For many people (women in particular), tightening and toning the inner thighs is a priority in the gym. Growing up I used to do a strict pilates regiment in my living room 5 days a week, toning my legs, abs, and upper body. My favourite routine was for the lower body and legs; you could really feel every muscle working, an boy oh boy did it burn.

When searching for the newest leg workout to add to my little black workout book, I came across this routine that incorporates many of my favourite pilates exercises:
