After making my delicious banana bread last week, I have to admit I'm on a banana kick.
So I thought I would share with you one of my favourite protein packed smoothies, that tastes just like banana bread.
1tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 fl oz Soy Milk (or Skim Milk)
1 scoop Vanilla (or Chocolate) Protein Powder
2 1/2 tsp Peanut Butter (or if you're allergic to peanuts, almond butter)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Sliced Raw Banana
1 cup Water
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth, adding water gradually until your desired thickness is achieved.
This is an awesome breakfast or post-workout smoothie. I hope you like it as much as I do.
