Dumbbell & Push Up Workout {Arm Routine}

I love working out with dumbbells. I've used them since I was 8 years old to do bicep curls, and then branched out to other exercises as I got older and more experienced in fitness.

This routine is great. Not only are you toning your arms by focusing on various muscle groups, you are also strengthening your chest and core with all of the push ups.


I hope you like this routine as much as I do.
