We see celebrities on TV and in magazines all the time and think of how great it would be to be that toned, or at least wonder how they got to be so fit. To top it off, only a handful of celebrities are willing to spill the beans on what they do to stay in shape.
So when we find a celebrity workout, we are usually stoked to try it out, or at the very least to review it. With that being said, today's fitness post is Rachel McAdams' workout plan:
Rachel McAdams' workout is an MMA inspired routine that will challenge you and push you to your limits. If any of these exercises seem way too easy, you can add resistance by adding weight to make it a bit harder.
