Toned & Tamed Thighs

One of the most common complaints that I hear from women, is that they wish they had leaner or more defined thighs. Seeing as they seem to be a common problem area, or trouble zone if you will, here's another one of my favourite thigh toning routines from the awesome site: Back On Pointe.

Even just doing half of these exercises would give you nice legs, but this combination is awesome. If you stick with this routine, and make healthy choices with your diet, you will definitely see results.
