If you follow this blog fairly regularly you will know by now that I love HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training).
With that being said, here's yet another set of HIIT routines for you to try out.
The way this works is you pick 1 of the 4 routines and workout as directed. Each routine is different either in the exercises, the resistance added, or the amount of sets (referred to as rounds here) required. However, I can guaruntee you that each routine will challenge you and when combined with a healthy diet and dedication, will give you great results.
