2 Minute HIIT Workout

If you're like me, you have a weak spot for a physical challenge. And if that's the case, you will love HIIT workouts (also knows as High Intensity Interval Training). 

HIIT can give you an amazing and challenging workout in minutes, and will burn the calories that you would have to spend 30 minutes or more in the gym to achieve the same results.

So here's a 7 minute HIIT workout that you are going to love:


I guarantee that if you follow this routine the way it states (30 seconds at your highest effort for each exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, and repeat entire routine 3 times) you will be dripping sweat, and with dedication you will see results.
